Cincinnati Bengals vs. New Orleans Saints

The Bengals haven't had the same ferocity to them as they did on their magical run to the Super Bowl last season, but we expect that to turn around. Despite losing to the Ravens in Baltimore, Joe Burrow and the Bengals were able to cover, and they'll be breathing a sigh of relief when they get to face the struggling Saints on Sunday.

New Orleans is just 1-2 at home this season, fresh off a win against Geno Smith and the Seahawks, but they lost two games earlier in the season to the Vikings and Buccaneers. Taysom Hill went off for four touchdowns last week, but the Bengals defense ranks 7th against the run and should be able to contain him.  Expect a breakout game for Burrow and the Bengals receivers in this one, en route to a cover.

Atlanta Falcons vs. San Francisco 49ers

Bet Falcons +5.5 (-110)

The Falcons remain the only 5-0 team against the spread in the NFL. All five Falcons games have been decided by six points or less, and whether they go behind or take a lead early, no lead is safe. The Niners are clearly the better team here, but they aren't without questions of their own.

San Francisco lost two key members of their secondary last week. Emmanuel Moseley suffered a season-ending knee injury, while Jimmie Ward broke his hand. Marcus Mariota isn't the most explosive quarterback, but he's capable of keeping his team in games against a hampered secondary. We'll ride the hot hand with the Falcons in the hopes they remain undefeated against the spread.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills

Chiefs ML (+124)

It's not very often that the Kansas City Chiefs find themselves as underdogs anywhere, let alone at home in Arrowhead Stadium. This is just the ninth time in Patrick Mahomes' career that he enters a game as the betting underdog, and thus far, his team is 7-0-1 against the spread in those games.

This game will be one of the most entertaining matchups of the season, and we expect a lot of points both ways. The Bills may be the more complete team, but they have some demons to squash against the Chiefs.

Kansas City beat Buffalo in overtime last year in Arrowhead in the divisional round. The Chiefs just seem to have the Bills' number, and Mahomes certainly has the number of any team that is favored against him. We like the Chiefs to win outright.
