Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay for Chiefs vs. Buccaneers
1. Travis Kelce Any Time Touchdown Scorer (+100)
After the Chiefs' loss to the Colts last week, Kelce took ownership of his role in the collapse. He had a few catch opportunities that he muffed, including a ball in the end zone that he catches more often than not, that would have sealed the game.
In general, backing the Chiefs coming off a loss has been a profitable endeavor in the Mahomes era. Kelce leads the team in targets (24), receiving yards (230) and touchdowns (2) on the season. We're buying that Kelce is a man of his word when he promised Chiefs fans that he will be better going forward, and we believe it starts with Kelce scoring a touchdown this Sunday night.
2. Clyde Edwards-Helaire Over 17.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
Edwards-Helaire has always been a dicey proposition as a rusher in the Chiefs' high-octane passing scheme, but thus far this season he has held significant value as a receiver. He's third on the team in receptions (12) and receiving yards (115), and tied with Travis Kelce at 2 touchdowns through the air. All these marks place him ahead of actual receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Mecole Hardman and Skyy Moore.
This trend seems likely to continue into Week 4 and beyond. With a Bucs offense that is capable of keeping up with the Chiefs early, CEH will need to be involved from the start. At the 17.5 receiving yards number, this really only requires 1-2 catches max.
3. Tom Brady Under 276.5 Passing Yards (-115)
It's fun to consider the possibility of Tom Brady being an ageless eternal being that will never leave our television screens on Sundays, but if you've seen a picture of his jawline lately, you know that's not the case. His passing yards per game reflect that, averaging just 224.3 per game this season, and never eclipsing the high mark of 276.5.
Kansas City's defense has been surprisingly tough on opposing quarterbacks this year, holding Matt Ryan to 222 yards and Kyler Murray to 193 yards through the air despite leading for the majority of those games. Even if Kansas City pulls away here, this feels like a tough number for Brady to hit, especially given the banged up Tampa Bay receiving core.
