Penguins vs. Sharks Best Bets
Tuesday, February 7, 2023 - 10:30PM ET
PICK: Pittsburgh Penguins -1 (+106)
PICK: Penguins Team Total Over 3.5 (-106)
The Pittsburgh Penguins conclude the Western part of their road trip as they visit the San Jose Sharks tonight at SAP center.
The Penguins are off an embarrassing 6-0 loss to the Kings, in Los Angeles, on Saturday night.
Sidney Crosby was thrown out of the game in the 3rd period so I’m sure the Pens captain will have his team ready to go tonight.
The San Jose Sharks are in a rough spot tonight as they return from a 3 game road trip.
The trip was a success as they went 2-1 and are coming off an upset win in Washington on Sunday.
Historically, this has been a tough spot for the Sharks as their first game back home has been a struggle.
Four times this season San Jose has been in this spot, they are 0-4 in these games and have been outscored 21-13.
Added to this is the fact that the Sharks defeated the Penguins by a 6-4 on January 28th, in Pittsburgh.
The Pens could get Tristan Jarry back in goal but regardless, I like them to take it to the Sharks tonight.
I’ll back their Team Total Over 3.5 and -1, at plus money, so bet Penguins -1 (+106) and Penguins Team Total Over 3.5 (-106) with BetMGM.
