NFL Parlay for Sunday October 9, 2022

Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Bet Falcons +10 (-110)

If you predicted that through four weeks of the NFL season, the Atlanta Falcons would be the only remaining team in the league that is undefeated against the spread, please send us the lottery numbers next time. While it hasn't translated to an elite record, the Falcons are for real from a betting perspective, and we just don't think the books have caught up.

On the other side we have the Bucs, who are riding a two-game losing streak with their fearless leader Tom Brady dealing with personal problems off the field. Ten points just feels like too many for a team that isn't firing on all cylinders to cover.

Tennessee Titans vs. Washington Commanders

Bet Titans -1.5 (-110)

Turnovers have been the Commanders' biggest issue this season, as they are minus-six on the year. Sitting at just 1-3 against the spread, the Commanders are coming off back to back to back losses by nine points or more.

We like both trends to continue here. While the Commanders turn to Carson Wentz, the Titans at least have Derrick Henry to lean on. Henry notched his first 100-yard game of the season last week, and against the mediocre Washington run defense, he has a great chance to repeat the performance. Give us the Titans to cover in this one.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Los Angeles Rams

Cowboys +5.5 (-110)

Three weeks without Dak Prescott, three wins for Cooper Rush and the Dallas Cowboys. Rush has filled in admirably, and with a shift in approach, the Cowboys have embraced conservative, defense-first football and it had led to much success.

The Rams' biggest obstacle is themselves, but more importantly, their offensive line. They just gave up seven sacks to the San Francisco pass rush, and the Cowboys are tied for second in the league in sacks. Dallas should be able to get to Matthew Stafford at will in this one, and no matter who starts at quarterback, the Cowboys have the edge to cover 5.5 points.
