Lions vs. Chiefs Parlay Analysis

Lions vs. Chiefs 8:20PM ET

LEG 1: Jahmyr Gibbs Over 39.5 Rushing Yards

The up-and-coming Lions, whose Super Bowl odds are +2200, drew some criticism when they elected to take running back Jahmyr Gibbs at No. 12 in the 2023 NFL draft, but all indications coming out of the Detroit camp is that they expect the former Georgia Tech and Alabama man to have an immediate impact. Our player prop prediction model is also high on Gibbs as the Lions try and make an early statement against the reigning champs, projection him for 43 rushing yards. David Montgomery will get the bulk of the carries in this offense, but we still expect Gibbs to get his chances to shine.

LEG 2: Isiah Pacheco Over 51.5 Rushing Yards

With an injury cloud under TE Travis Kelce at the time of publishing, the question on everyone's lips is how will this affect the Chiefs offense? Regardless of whether Kelce is a starter or not, we're projecting a huge night out of Isiah Pacheco who is forecasted to absolutely smash his rushing yards line which is currently set to 51.5 in what is one of our NFL best bets of the weekend. Our model has Pacheco going for 64 yards; a number that could inflate even more if Andy Reid elects to move the ball on the ground.

LEG 3: Amon-Ra St. Brown 70+ Receiving Yards

We're using the power of our NFL props predictor to take an alt. line here on Detroit dynamo Amon-Ra St. Brown to get at least 70 receiving yards. While his standard line is set at 77.5 yards, our projections have him getting 75 against a Chiefs defense that was ranked 18th defending in the air last season. St. Brown will feature heavily on Thursday night and could very well go for more, but we're trusting the DimersBOT and buying some insurance, just in case.
